We are a growing recruitment agency specialising in the Hospitality & Catering sector and we are looking for an experienced, new member to add to our diverse and dynamic team.
The Company works closely as team on all aspects and areas of the business so feedback, ideas, suggestions and discussions area essential to the effective running of the Company and its continued growth and success. So you really can make a difference.
Successful candidates will have at least 18 months experience in running a temporary desk in this industry. You will be expected to work with existing and develop new contacts with Hotels, Caterers, Venues and other similar clientele.
Expectations for this role include:
- Keeping accurate and appropriate records regarding any feedback, information or changes in details for all temps
- Client/Temp team information to be kept up to date each week and circulated
- Ensure that all dealings with Clients, Staff and Temps is undertaken in a positive and welcoming manner.
- Client meetings to be undertaken.
- Attend functions/bookings as required
- Business Development in line with targets
- To take part in the out of hours on-call on a weekly basis, including some weekends. This is considered to be part of the role.
- Interview Temps in line with current requirements
- Highly organised
- Excellent time management skills
- Good presentation skills
- Ambition with plenty of drive and self motivation
