Purpose

We are currently recruiting for an Events Bar Manager for an iconic and prestigious venue in South West London.


Our client has a strong consistent delivery of innovative, high quality food and service through a traditional, yet fresh approach.


For the role, the successful candidate will oversee all operations at the bar including, employee schedules, event planning, and staff functions and responsibilities.


The role requires the manager to review the inventory, manage the money and staff, buy supplies and ensure that the bar meets legislative directives. The Manager must also establish a physical presence at the bar and make adjustments to ensure customer service is consistently high.

Required Skills

The successful candidate must demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, a neat physical appearance, and the willingness to be a team player.


Salary


Depending upon experience, between £20-22k per annum plus bonuses.
